At MSM Fight Shop, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your training; if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase. All products must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team or visit our Miami retail location with your order number and receipt to start the return process.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original condition, ensuring all hand wraps, gloves, or apparel are clean and have original labels attached.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier, or bring it directly to our store for immediate processing.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the equipment for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item.
